How to Attend

Guest Attendance

Non-members may attend meetings of The Philadelphia Society only as the guest of a member.  Members should send guest details to The Philadelphia Society’s staff, who issues the invitations.  For more information, please contact our office.

General Support Fellowship Attendance

The Philadelphia Society offers a competitive fellowship program to support meeting attendance of young scholars, policy analysts, journalists, attorneys and business professionals.  Applications are accepted 8 weeks prior to each scheduled meeting, and applicants must be nominated by a member of the Society.   For more information on fellowship applications, contact our office.

Student Attendance

The Philadelphia Society has close relationships with a number of academic and internship programs around the country–such as Hillsdale College, Grove City College, St. Vincent’s College, Pepperdine School of Public Policy, Grand Valley State University, the Institute for Humane Studies, the Intercollegiate Studies Institute, the Heritage Foundation, the Imaginative Conservative, the Russell Kirk Center, and others–who regularly sponsor attendance by undergraduate and graduate students.  For more information, contact our office.

Future of Freedom Fellowship Attendance

The Philadelphia Society will accept 12 rising leaders to participate in the 2022-23 Future of Freedom Fellowship Program. The Future of Freedom Fellows will be selected from a pool of distinguished candidates who demonstrate academic excellence, exceptional leadership in their field, and a desire to advance the intellectual foundations of a free and ordered society. This program is made possible through the generous support of the John William Pope Foundation.
